BIO

Allegra Esclapon de Villeneuve (b. 1996, Vienna) is a multidisciplinary artist specializing in ceramics and sculpture.

Raised in Florence, Italy, surrounded by the world of ceramics and craftsmanship, she developed a deep connection to art from an early age, exploring traditional techniques such as engraving, sculpture, and oil painting.

She later pursued a degree in Costume Design for Theatre and Film at Wimbledon College of Arts (UAL) in London, followed by a Master’s in Art and Cultural Management in Barcelona.

Initially working in ceramic production in Florence, she transitioned to a more experimental and performative approach, integrating live sculpting into her work. Through projects like REVERSO, she abstracts the human form, capturing spontaneous gestures and emotional depth in clay.

She has exhibited in Barcelona and Madrid and contributed to multidisciplinary performances exploring the dialogue between body and emotion.

Her artistic practice explores the relationship between material, movement, and memory, where gestures become traces of human experience.
